MAIN TRANSFORMERS (50 Hz)

These main transformers are used for security and reliability purposes at 50÷60 Hz from 1 VA to 30 VA (output at the secondary).

The most important characteristics are:
- Compact size
- Vacuum filling
- Primary winding divided in two sections
- High voltage insulation.

The two standard series for 40°C and 70°C max room temperatures are usually employed in suppliers.

Special transformers may be made for voltage measurements and for zero crossing detection.
